We have two partners at the core of The Legacy Network who take an active role in managing each company in our portfolio. In addition, we have a large number of senior leaders who also have the senior management skills to lead and grow a small to mid-sized business and who may step into a leadership role in a company we acquire. We have over 10 senior leaders managing companies in our portfolio and we have over a dozen additional senior leaders ready to step into to help run future acquisitions. Everyone who is a part of The Legacy Network is committed to the values at the heart of our organization and each of us will invest our time and energy to helping our companies improve core operations and drive renewed growth.

With each company in which The Legacy Network invests, at least one of the partners will be significantly involved in both the acquisition and the ongoing operations of the company. We may also draw on our strong network of Senior Leaders to invite them to join us in the day-to-day running of the business.

Across our partners, our senior leaders and our investors/advisors, we have a deep set of businessmen with experience across a range of vertical markets and multiple operating capabilities. This network of relationships will enable us to successfully build up and grow your business legacy.

Background biographical information on each partner is provided in more detail below, along with brief background sketches of a few of our Senior Leaders. More detail on our Investors/Advisors is included under Our Investors.

Our Senior Leaders
Our senior leaders are like-minded colleagues who share our values and desire to be owner-operators in their own right. We have included them in our network because we believe in their ability to lead a small to mid-sized company and because of their demonstrated track record across a wide range of situations. Our Senior Leaders come from a variety of backgrounds, but most of them fit one of two main profiles:

  • Career of successive responsibility working for a few different small to mid-sized companies. Range of functional experience including roles across sales, marketing, finance, operations and product development. Demonstrated record of success leading to taking the General Manager role at their current firm.

  • Early career responsibility in a range of operating roles leading to an MBA at a top-tier business school. Series of successive roles generally with Fortune 500-class companies leading performance improvement programs and driving new growth initiatives. Demonstrated track record of performance across these roles driven by a focus on helping companies improve their capabilities.

The Legacy Network has assembled values-driven team of people who all believe that you do the right thing and then the money will take care of itself. Each member of our team has the senior management skills to lead the companies that we purchase and the passion to spur the business to greater performance. When you meet with one of us in person, we believe that you will be confident that you can entrust the future of your legacy in our hands.
